our customers a
30 Day Exchange Pledge.
In the unlikely event of your new car
developing a major mechanical or electrical defect within the first 30
days of ownership we will loan you a
free courtesy car
and will endeavour to repair your car immediately. If we are unable to
do so within 7 days then you will be able to exchange your car with us
for another one of equal value.

If you choose a car
of greater value then you will be responsible for the
difference.

The vehicle must
have covered less than 1000 miles since sale and must be in the
the same condition (subject to reasonable wear and tear) as when
it was delivered to you, apart from the faulty component.

In the event of a
disagreement through abuse or misuse we will instruct the RAC to
conduct an examination of the vehicle.
