Trainee Service Advisor

We currently have a vacancy for a full time Trainee Service Advisor in our busy and expanding Bosch Car Service garage.

Job Role

Once trained you will become the first point of contact for Service customers both face to face and on the telephone, with the ability to discuss their servicing requirements and make bookings in the workshop diary. You will be responsible for the workshop database and customer follow-ups.

The successful candidate will be of presentable appearance and will have high literacy and numeracy skills. You will also be required to be IT literate
